We are working with a leading international hotel group to help them find a Senior HR Manager to join their London-based corporate team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR professional to influence people strategies across a prestigious portfolio of luxury properties throughout Europe and beyond.
The Role
* Lead and deliver cross-regional HR initiatives and global projects
* Partner closely with hotel HR teams and senior stakeholders to drive engagement, performance, and development
* Oversee compliance with employment legislation and internal HR standards across multiple markets
* Implement people programs that reinforce a high-performance, service-led culture across the organisation
* You'll act as a strategic HR business partner, helping shape the employee experience while supporting leadership teams in upholding the brand’s reputation for excellence.
What We're Looking For
* Proven HR management experience, ideally within a multinational or hospitality-related organisation
* Strong working knowledge of UK employment law, with an understanding of HR frameworks across Europe
* A collaborative and proactive approach, comfortable working across diverse cultures and regions
* Experience managing the full employee lifecycle and delivering HR projects at a senior level
* Passionate about people and building high-performing teams
* Background in hospitality, luxury retail, or customer service-led sectors
* CIPD Level 5 or equivalent professional qualification
