This is a 3-month contract offering a competitive daily rate. Key Responsibilities: * Lead and manage site operations, ensuring work is carried out safely and efficiently * Investigate the cause of an existing water leak within the structure * Produce a detailed report outlining findings and recommended actions * Coordinate and oversee remedial works to resolve the issue * Ensure all works are completed to a high standard and in line with regulations * Maintain site records, reports, and compliance documentation * Liaise with subcontractors, engineers, and stakeholders Project Scope: The initial phase of the project will focus on identifying the root cause of a water ingress issue and delivering a comprehensive report.
