In the HR Manager role, you will be:
1. Managing the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management and exits
2. Providing advice and guidance on employee relations matters, policies and procedures
3. Supporting managers with HR best practice, absence management and disciplinary processes
4. Overseeing HR administration, compliance and contributing to ongoing process improvements
To be successful, you will need:
5. Proven experience in a generalist HR role, ideally at Manager level
6. Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practice
7. Confidence working autonomously and advising stakeholders at all levels
8. A proactive, organised approach with strong communication skills
This is a temporary assignment initially fixed for 3 months with a view to permanent for the right person. You'll be working 37 hours per week with a salary IRO £30,000 per annum. This role is offering hybrid working with the ability to work both on-site in the Betws-y-Coed area and homebased.
