What does the role look like?
* Managing a bustling HR mailbox and handling incoming correspondence efficiently.
* Maintaining accurate records in the departments paperless document management system.
* Generating insightful reports from the HR system using advanced Excel functions like formulas and VLOOKUP.
* Ensuring strict adherence to legal requirements, particularly GDPR compliance.
* Identifying and escalating complex issues as needed.
* Offering assistance to team members when required.
* Taking ownership of your work, ensuring precision and high output levels.
Who are we looking for?
* Previous experience in a fast-paced environment, specifically within an HR setting.
* Proficiency in IT, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
* Dedication to delivering excellent customer service to our managers.
* Impeccable organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
* Team player mentality with flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
* Strong ability to manage and prioritise workload, handling large volumes of data effectively.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a knack for phone conversations and letter writing.
