HR Administrator Location: Leicester | Hybrid/Flexible Working Available Hours: Full-time (35 hrs/week) or Part-time considered Salary: £25,000 – 30,000 additional benefits SF Recruitment is partnering with a highly respected professional services company who has a longstanding, loyal client base to find a proactive and personable HR Administrator to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a people-focused business undergoing an exciting period of digital transformation. Key Responsibilities: Maintain accurate employee records, manage holiday requests, and support HR documentation. Assist with the rollout and ongoing use of the Sage People HR system, including supporting three new modules going live. Support the wider HR team on wellbeing, compliance, and policy development initiatives. Coordinate recruitment administration and onboarding processes. Provide day-to-day admin and operational support to ensure smooth HR service delivery. What We’re Looking For: Previous experience in an HR admin or coordinator role ( minimum 2 years’ experience) Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills. Tech-savvy with experience using HR systems (HRIS), ideally Sage People. Good understanding of core HR processes such as part-time holiday calculations, flexible working requests, and employment documentation.
