Due to the nature of this sector, the role will be mostly site-based working however can offer occasional days work from home business needs dependent.
Description
Reporting to a HR Director, the HR Manager will play a pivotal role in supporting this busy manufacturing site based in Newtown.
You will support management and leadership with a wide range of people matters including but not limited to:
Provide advice and guidance on HR Policies and Procedures
Support with recruitment across this busy site
Support with a wide range of employee relations casework
Support with succession planning and talent development
Support the HR Director and HR Business Partner with a wide range of HR Projects and initiatives
Proactively support with wellbeing and engagement initiativesProfile
Ideal candidate for this role will have a proven background in a similar HR role.
