HR Recruit is seeking an experienced HR professional to take on a senior, standalone role within an expanding organisation. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, this is a pivotal leadership position with full responsibility for overseeing and managing all aspects of HR across the business worldwide. The role is based outside Ashford, therefore access to a car is essential.
You will lead HR strategy and operations, managing both strategic and day-to-day HR activities. A key part of the role is building strong, trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and acting as a strategic advisor to leadership, influencing decision-making and supporting the development of a high-performing, engaged, and inclusive workforce.
Role Responsibilities
1. Lead the development and delivery of international HR strategies, ensuring policies and procedures align with best practice and business objectives.
2. Partner with key stakeholders to develop, implement, and review health and safety policies in line with the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974 and other relevant legislation.
