Sales Executive – basic + OTE | Office-based in Stockton-on-Tees

Lindy Electronics Ltd, a global leader in cable and connectivity solutions, is looking for a driven Sales Executive to join our UK Sales Team. Based at our Stockton-on-Tees office, you’ll take full ownership of a UK region — managing existing accounts, building new relationships, and shaping how we serve the area.
The Role
You’ll be responsible for:
* Managing and growing customer accounts in your assigned region
* Identifying and converting new business opportunities
* Building strong B2B relationships via phone, Teams, and in-person
* Attending approx. 8 customer visits per month (with company pool car)
* Collaborating closely with the wider sales and support teams
This role is office-based with some travel within your region.
What We’re Looking For
* Proven ability to build relationships and sell
* Experience in B2B sales (field or internal)
* A self-starter with energy, commercial acumen, and ambition
* Confident communicator, organised, and results-focused
* Full UK driving licence
* Bonus if you have an interest in IT/AV (but not essential)
