Overview
Urgent requirement for a Senior Site Manager for a development of Residential units, part refurb conversion and part new build. We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Site Manager to lead the site which has a programme into 2027.
Responsibilities
* Reporting to a visiting Construction Director, you will be responsible for all site activity, health and safety and quality matters.
Qualifications
* SMSTS
* CSCS
* First Aid
* Recent Relevant Experience Essential
