About the Role
We’re seeking a results-driven Account Executive to drive revenue growth in the UK market by closing high-value deals with mid-market and enterprise clients. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in B2B SaaS sales, experience with Myers-Briggs, DiSC, or Hogan assessments, and a knack for leveraging marketing leads and appointment setters. You’ll be well-connected, thrive at industry events, and excel at positioning Entelechy’s coaching-led methodology as a superior alternative to psychometrics.
You’ll be responsible for:
* Close Deals : Own the deal-closing process, converting qualified leads into clients through persuasive, consultative selling. Negotiate contracts and secure commitments with HR, L&D, and C-suite decision-makers.
* Work with Appointment Setters: Collaborate closely with appointment setters to prioritise and follow up on scheduled meetings, ensuring a steady pipeline of high-quality opportunities.
* Leverage Marketing Leads: Capitalise on leads generated from marketing outreach (e.g., webinars, campaigns, content) to build relationships and drive conversions.
* Network and Events: Attend UK-based industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to generate leads, build relationships, and promote Entelechy’s brand.
* Position the Solution: Use your knowledge of psychometric assessments to differentiate Entelechy’s coaching-led methodology, delivering compelling virtual and in-person demos tailored to client needs.
* Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate records in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), providing clear forecasting and tracking progress from lead to close.
* Client Relationships: Build trusted partnerships to ensure client satisfaction and identify opportunities for account expansion.
* Team Collaboration: Partner with marketing, coaching, and customer success teams to align on messaging and deliver seamless client experiences.
* Revenue Targets: Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas, driving Entelechy’s UK market growth.
Essential Experience
* 3+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience in HR tech, coaching, or talent development, with a strong focus on closing deals.
* Direct experience selling or working with Myers-Briggs, DiSC, or Hogan assessments is essential to credibly position Entelechy’s coaching-led alternative.
* Proven ability to close deals with UK mid-market and enterprise clients (£20K–£200K+ ARR).
* Experience working with appointment setters and marketing-generated leads in a structured sales process.

* Exceptional closing and negotiation skills, with a consultative approach to addressing client needs.
* Strong communication and presentation abilities, comfortable engaging senior stakeholders in-person and virtually.
* Proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
* Well-connected in HR, L&D, or coaching networks, with a track record of generating leads through relationships and events.
* High-energy, results-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, deal-driven environment.
* Confident and outgoing, with a natural ability to network and represent Entelechy at events.
* Passionate about coaching-led solutions and transforming organisational performance.
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Psychology, or related field preferred. Coaching certifications or familiarity with assessment frameworks are a plus.
* Travel: Travel within the UK for client meetings, industry events, or team gatherings (as needed).
