Site Manager - Care Home Construction Location: York, North Yorkshire Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum (depending on experience) Day Rate (Initial): £250 - £300 per day (first 4 weeks, temp) Job Type: Temp to Perm (transition to PAYE after 4 weeks) Start Date: ASAP About the Role I am seeking an experienced and proactive Site Manager to take full responsibility for a live care home construction project in York. The development is already underway, with superstructure brickwork nearing completion and works progressing onto the first floor. With around 12 months remaining on the programme, the successful candidate will oversee delivery through to project completion and handover. This is a temp to perm opportunity. For the first 4 weeks, you will be paid on a day rate basis (£250-£300), with the role then transferring to a permanent PAYE position offering a salary of £45,000-£55,000 depending on experience.
