Actaris Site Services is seeking an experienced Roofing Site Manager to oversee roofing projects in North London and the surrounding areas.
The role involves managing on-site teams, subcontractors, and resources to ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and to the company’s high standards. You will be the key point of contact on-site, ensuring both clients and internal stakeholders are satisfied throughout the project lifecycle.
We are seeking somebody on a temp to perm basis- temp day rate will be £210 per day and will be a 3 month temp to perm period.
Qualifications-

NVQ Level 6 in Construction Management or equivalent.

CSCS Card.

SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) certificate.
