The company is a reputable professional services organisation with a well-established presence in its sector based in Coventry looking for a part time HR Administrator supporting HR function.
Job Description
3. Manage office supplies, inventory levels, vendor relationships, and general office upkeep.
4. Greet and support visitors, handle incoming calls, and direct enquiries appropriately.
5. Provide comprehensive administrative support including travel arrangements, meeting scheduling, diary management, and minute‑taking.
6. Prepare, edit, and format documents, reports, correspondence, and emails.
7. Maintain organised electronic and physical filing systems and perform routine administrative tasks such as data entry, scanning, and photocopying.
8. Oversee facilities-related tasks including maintenance coordination, office security, and policy compliance.
9. Support company events and assist with site visits to ensure smooth administrative operations.
HR:
10. Assist with recruitment processes including job postings, CV logging, interview scheduling, and maintaining job descriptions.
11. Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring accurate employee records and smooth transitions.
12. Maintain HR databases and administer employee benefits, payroll information, and leave management.
The Successful Applicant
13. Experience as an Administrator in a professional services organisation
14. Proficiency in using HR software and Microsoft Office applications.
15. Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
16. Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
17. The ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
18. A proactive and professional approach to work.
19. Can commute to Coventry Monday to Friday 30 hours per week
