Salary: £12.21 per hour
Working Hours: Part time - 21 hours.
Days of Work: 3 days out of 7 - Monday and Friday plus one weekend shift.

We have an exciting opportunity for an Operations Assistant to join our Forest of Dean team! Work in one of the UK’s most beautiful forest locations, developing your skills while providing outstanding service to our guests.

About the Operations Assistant role:
Open all year round, our Operations Assistant plays a vital role in ensuring the hot tubs are in perfect working order every day for our guests. You will support the delivery of the agreed Forest Holidays hot tub processes by helping to regularly monitor and record water quality within hot tubs, assisting with adjustments to chemical levels as directed, carrying out basic equipment checks and minor repairs, and promptly reporting any faults or concerns to the Operations Supervisor or Facilities Manager. You will also complete general maintenance tasks, so a basic knowledge of using tools, fixing machinery, and decorating is desirable. Passionate about the little details, you understand the importance of delivering your daily tasks in a timely and competent manner.

Our ideal Operations Assistant will be a dynamic individual who applies a can-do attitude to solve any issues that may arise on location. You will be a team player, capable of building good working relationships with colleagues. A love for the outdoors is essential as these tasks need completing rain or shine every day of the year.
We’re looking for someone with:
* Previous experience in a similar role.
* A full UK Driving License
* A positive, can-do attitude and a strong work ethic.
* The ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively with colleagues.
* Great attention to detail, ensuring high cleanliness standards are met.
* A willingness to work outdoors in a natural setting, whatever the weather.
