Your new role
As HR Manager, you’ll lead a talented HR team and be responsible for aligning UK HR practices with global strategies, ensuringpliance, and driving initiatives that enhance employee experience and organisational performance.Key Focus Areas
1. Lead and develop a high-performing HR team.
2. Champion a culture of trust, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
3. Guide change management efforts and support organisational transformation.
4. Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
5. Localise and implement global HR strategies to meet UK business needs.
6. Act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership on all people matters.
7. Oversee payroll, HR analytics, and employment lawpliance.
8. Oversee recruitment, talent development, and employer branding initiatives.
9. Lead HR projects and digital transformation efforts.
10. Promote diversity, wellbeing, and employee engagement.
What you'll need to succeed
11. Proven HR leadership experience withinplex or international settings.
12. Strong understanding of UK employment law and HRpliance.
13. Strategic mindset with hands-on operational capability.
14. Excellentmunication and relationship-building skills.
15. Skilled in using integrated HR technologies to streamline processes and support data-driven decisions.
16. Degree in HR, Business, or related field, or CIPD Level 7 (or equivalent).
