Key Responsibilities
1. Deliver a consultative sales approach to new and existing customers
2. Manage day‑to‑day customer accounts
3. Build and maintain strong customer relationships
4. Update customers on promotions and new product launches
5. Handle walk‑in customer enquiries
6. Complete general sales administration
What You’ll Need
7. Internal sales/account management experience (B2B preferred)
8. Background in Security, IT, Networking or Telecoms is desirable
9. Strong rapport‑building and consultative selling skills
10. Good attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
11. Competent with CRM systems and general computer use
