About the role:
We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Service Desk Administrator, ideally based in Bracknell or the surrounding area, to work alongside one of our high-end clients. This role is essential to ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of the service desk, with a strong focus on job scheduling, engineer coordination, customer communication, and the effective use of BigChange job management system.
Key responsibilities:
* Manage incoming service requests via phone, email, and system portal
* Schedule and coordinate engineers for maintenance, installation, and reactive callouts using the BigChange system
* Monitor job progress to ensure timely completion and customer satisfaction
* Update and maintain BigChange system records including job notes, customer details, asset information, and job status
