Customer Service Manager - Fenestration Industry
Chase Taylor Recruitment is working with a successful and forward-thinking fenestration manufacturer seeking an experienced Customer Service Manager. The ideal candidate will have current or previous experience in a similar role within the window and door industry.
The Role:
1. Organise repairs and remediation for windows and doors.
2. Identify issues requiring attention.
3. Understand the nature of problems and determine solutions.
4. Manage and coordinate engineers to attend properties or sites for repairs.
5. Provide training where needed.
The Candidate:
* Have current experience managing customer service within a manufacturing environment.
* Experience managing a team.
* Be technically minded (advantage).
* Be able to think quickly and de-escalate issues promptly.
* Possess excellent communication and customer service skills.
* Must currently reside in the UK.
* Have excellent organisational skills.
