Build strong, long-term relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals
Proactively follow up on live and ongoing projects to maximise conversion opportunities
Schedule and attend meetings with main contractors and key stakeholders to develop new opportunities
Identify, engage, and secure new clients through proactive outreach and networking
Collaborate with internal teams to streamline communication and support the sales process
Maintain accurate and up-to-date project information using the company CRM systemSkills, Experience, and Training Requirements:
Proven sales experience
Target-driven and results-focused, with confidence working towards KPIs
Resilient and professional when handling objections or rejection
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team environment
Strong interpersonal skills, with a personable and collaborative approach
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy
