2. Discuss funding options and sell additional F&I products.
3. Build and maintain your customer database.
4. Follow a sales process while providing excellent customer service and building long-term rapport.
5. Maintain a professional approach and first-class people skills. You should be driven and highly motivated to succeed.
6. Demonstrate success in your current role concerning sales KPIs (unit volume, F&I, CSI ratings, etc.).
7. Be prepared to go the extra mile and work with the team to drive departmental performance.
About You:
* You will have experience in a sales-based career, not necessarily within the motor industry.
* You should follow a structured sales process and be able to build a strong rapport with each customer.
* You must be determined to succeed and willing to drive your performance daily.
* You need a valid UK driving license.
