We're currently recruiting an ambitious Head Chef to help us create exceptional food experiences for Chartwells on a part-time basis, contracted to 30 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities
1. Preparing delicious, high-quality food that delights our clients and customers.
2. Identifying opportunities to improve our food service.
3. Creating a positive kitchen environment where your team feel welcomed and supported.
4. Delivering our tasty food concepts to our customers.
5. Representing Compass Group UK&I and maintaining a positive brand image.
6. Ordering food, managing stock control, and controlling food waste.
7. Overseeing kitchen cleaning responsibilities to maintain hygiene standards.
8. Managing budgets and meeting financial targets.
9. Complying with Food Handling & Hygiene standards.
10. Ensuring adherence to Health & Safety regulations.
Ideal Candidate Profile
1. Hold a City & Guilds 706/1 & 2 or NVQ equivalent.

4. Experience in a similar Head Chef role.
