In this position, you will oversee various employment claims, managing cases from initial instruction through to the final hearing.
• The appointed lawyer will oversee and mentor junior employment lawyers within the team.
• You will provide expert advice and support throughout the litigation process.
• This is a full-time hybrid position, allowing for three days of remote work per week.
• Applications are welcome from solicitors or legal executives with experience managing a diverse caseload of employment disputes and claims.
• A strong grasp of employment law and in-depth knowledge of Employment Tribunal procedures are essential.
• Lawyers with experience handling claims funded by Legal Expenses Insurance are strongly encouraged to apply.
