We are recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to oversee a fast:paced caf / bar fit:out project within a live educational environment in Berkshire.
The role is with a specialist design and build fit:out contractor known for delivering high:quality commercial interiors across sectors including hospitality, workplace, and education. The business has built a strong reputation for delivering bespoke, design:led spaces, combining creativity with practical construction expertise to deliver projects to a high specification.
The Role
As Site Manager, you will take full responsibility for the day:to:day management of the fit:out works, ensuring the project is delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard within a live environment.
Given the nature of the site, you will need to be confident working in occupied / sensitive environments, maintaining professionalism and ensuring minimal disruption.
Key Responsibilities
Manage all on:site activities for the caf / bar fit:out Coordinate subcontractors and trades Ensure works are delivered in line with programme and specification Maintain high levels of health and safety compliance Oversee quality control and finishing standards Liaise with client representatives and project stakeholders Manage site logistics within a live environment Ensure smooth project delivery through to completion
Requirements
Proven experience as a Site Manager on fit:out projects Experience working in live or occupied environments (education / commercial beneficial) Strong organisational and communication skills
