We are looking for a Customer Care & Sales Executive to join our National Accounts team, in our Birchwood HQ.
You will deliver exceptional customer service within the National Accounts team. This role will ensure smooth daily operations, assist in resolving complex customer issues and contribute towards driving continuous improvement initiatives.

What you will be doing:
* Monitor service levels and support the implementation of process improvements
* Liaise with internal teams (sales, ops and supply) to resolve service-related issues.
* Ensure effective use of IT systems, in line with the relevant Company policies and procedures
* Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge and understanding of all the company’s products and services
* Where gaps in knowledge exist/are identified, seek out sources of information that will bridge this gap
* Create and maintain an up-to-date knowledge of competitor activity and developments, and record them within the appropriate internal systems (e.g., CODAS)
* Working with the customer excellence manager to successfully integrate and manage RPA, EDI and CODAS online within our customer portfolio,
Are you a Certas Energy Customer Care & Sales Executive? We’re looking for:
* Experience in a customer service or account management role
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills
* IT literate with experience using CRM or ERP systems
* Passion for customer excellence and continuous improvement
* Full clean driving licence
* IT literate
