We are currently recruiting an Admin Assistant for our client based in Belfast, Gasworks. The successful candidates will be required to start once the vetting paperwork and ANI completed.

Rate of pay: £13.75PH

Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage allocated caseload;
2. Process correspondence and identify issues arising;
3. prepare standard documents, case files and internal memos requesting Employment Judge direction;
4. plan and prioritise work effectively to meet deadlines, performance standards and statutory requirements, paying particular attention to cases listed for hearing;
5. Clerk Hearings: Assist tribunal members, representatives and parties prior to hearing;
6. Ensure that hearing rooms are set up and paging system is working;
7. Liaise with parties as directed by Employment Judge; Swear in witnesses;
8. take appropriate notes at hearing and record the decision;
9. Update hard copy and electronic case files;
10. Update case tracking system; Any ad-hoc duties as required
11. Provide cover
Essential Criteria applicants must have:
12. 5 GCSE’s including Maths and English (Proof of certs required)
13. 12 months admin experience
14. Excellent IT skills, including use of Microsoft Word and Excel.
15. Excellent communication skills.
A criminal record will not necessarily be a bar to obtaining a position.
