Key Responsibilities:
Sand and prepare metal parts ready for powder coating
Clean components thoroughly to remove dust, oil, and contaminants
Mask specific areas to prevent coating where required
Safely hang and remove parts from racks and hooks
Follow instructions from supervisors and team leaders
Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment
Wear all required PPE and follow health & safety procedures at all timesWhat We're Looking For
