LABOURER REQUIRED - SUPPORTING GROUNDWORKS TEAM (40 HOURS/WEEK)
Covering: Pershore | Gloucester | Cheltenham
Rate: £16.50 per hour
40 hours per week | Monday to Friday
Contract Duration: Until 1st June 2026
Pay Type: CIS or Umbrella
Responsibilities
* Assisting tradespeople with general groundwork operations
* Carrying and moving materials
* Site preparation and clean-up
* Digging, backfilling, and basic trench work
* Keeping site tidy and organised
* Following health & safety instructions at all times
Requirements
* Previous on-site labouring experience preferred (especially in groundworks or construction)
* Physically fit and willing to work in all weather conditions
* Must have own transport and basic PPE
* Full UK driving licence
* Positive attitude and strong work ethic
* Punctual, reliable, and able to follow instructions
Working Hours
* Monday to Friday
* 8:00am - 4:30pm
* 40 hours per week
