Learning Mentor – 2 posts (1 temporary fixed term, 1 permanent) at Ysgol Bryn Elian, Old Colwyn, North Wales.
Start date: 1st September 2026 (temporary) / Permanent start date: 1st September 2026. End date (temporary): 23rd July 2027.
Responsibilities
* Monitor learner progress academically and behaviorally.
* Monitor attendance.
* Communicate with parents.
* Line managed by the Pastoral Progress Leader for the Year group.
Working Hours
37 hours per week, term time only, plus 5 training days.
Hours: 8:00–16:00 Monday–Thursday, 8:00–15:30 Friday.
Salary and Grade
Grade 4 (points 8 to 11) of CCBC’s pay and grading scale.
Full-time equivalent pay: £26,824. Pro rata part-time pay: £23,082.
