North Yorkshire | Multi Office Law Firm | Hybrid Working Available A well-established law firm with multiple offices across North Yorkshire is seeking an experienced HR Manager to play a key role in supporting its people and day to day operations. This is a hands on role suited to an experienced HR professional who enjoys variety, building strong relationships and helping create a consistent, high performing working environment across multiple locations. You will work closely with senior leadership to support the firm’s people strategy and day to day HR function, including: Providing practical HR support and guidance to managers and employees Managing recruitment, onboarding and employee relations matters Supporting payroll coordination, HR administration and compliance Leading learning and development initiatives and staff engagement activity Helping drive consistency, process improvement and best practice across multiple offices About You Proven HR management experience, ideally within professional services Strong generalist HR knowledge including employee relations Confident supporting managers and influencing at all levels Highly organised with the ability to manage competing priorities Experience working across multiple sites would be advantageous What’s on Offer?
