Title: Conveyancing Sales Executive

The Role
1. Respond promptly and professionally to incoming conveyancing enquiries via phone, email, or online.
2. Provide accurate, clear quotes and explain services in a way clients can easily understand.
3. Follow up on all issued quotes to maximise conversion rates.
4. Re-engage with unconverted leads, gathering feedback to improve processes.
5. Keep the CRM up to date with all client interactions and progress.
6. Work closely with marketing and conveyancing teams to ensure smooth onboarding.
7. Identify trends in objections and recommend service or process improvements.
8. Spot opportunities to cross-sell other services.
9. Meet and exceed monthly sales and conversion targets.
10. Maintain a consistently high standard of client care.
11. Provide cover for colleagues as required.
About You
12. Proven sales experience, ideally within legal services, property, or conveyancing.
13. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
14. Strong objection-handling and negotiation abilities.
15. Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage your time effectively.
16. Comfortable using CRM systems and digital communication tools.
17. Able to work both independently and as part of a team.
18. Customer-focused with a track record of building trust quickly.
19. Strong numeracy skills.
Desirable
20. Background in telesales, customer service, or account management.
21. Experience in conveyancing or property law.
22. Understanding of the UK home buying and selling process.
23. Familiarity with Proclaim case management software.
