This particular project is part of a prestigious new golf resort, with a clear focus on premium amodation and high-end finishes.
Your new role
As Senior Site Manager, you will take responsibility for the delivery of six luxury amodation lodges, each valued at approximately £, forming a key phase of this landmark development.
You will be responsible for:
1. Managing the full on-site construction process through topletion
2. Coordinating subcontractors with a strong emphasis on quality, sequencing, and finish
3. Driving programme and ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standards
4. Working closely with project stakeholders to maintain expectations on a high-spec, client-facing scheme
5. Overseeing the delivery of high-end internals and fit-out, ensuring exceptional attention to detail
This is a permanent role offering long-term involvement in similar high-value projects across the region.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will have:
6. Proven experience as a Senior Site Manager or Site Manager on high-value construction projects
7. Strong background in high-end residential, hospitality, or premium fit-out projects
8. Demonstrable experience delivering projects where quality of finish is critical
9. Excellent subcontractor management and coordination skills
10. A strong focus on health & safety and programme delivery
11. Relevant qualifications (SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid)
