We’re seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead the delivery of a high-profile healthcare fit-out project. This is a unique opportunity to take full responsibility for a technically complex, high-quality internal fit-out, driving safety, programme, and budget compliance from day one.
You will:
1. Manage and coordinate internal trade contractors, ensuring work meets programme, quality, and safety standards
2. Foster strong, collaborative relationships across teams and trades
3. Proactively identify and resolve site issues, risks, and constraints
4. Champion health & safety, sustainability, and best practice on site
5. Maintain accurate records to demonstrate compliance with contractual and technical requirements
About You:
6. Proven experience as a Site Manager delivering internal fit-out works for a main contractor
7. Strong technical knowledge with a hands-on approach
8. Relevant construction degree or equivalent
9. SMSTS and Safety Level 1 certification; valid CSCS card, First Aid at Work
10. Excellent communicator with strong commercial awareness
