From holidaymakers to full-time landlords, host happiness is central to everything we do. Key Responsibilities: Efficiently manage and grow your inbound sales pipeline. Respond promptly to enquiries from prospective clients. Qualify leads and pitch Houst’s services via calls and emails. Maintain a high conversion rate from initial contact to signed agreement. Collaborate with other teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new clients. Requirements Proven experience in inbound sales, ideally in a startup or SaaS environment. Strong communication skills (verbal, written, and interpersonal). Naturally competitive and results-driven. Prior experience in sales or a client-facing role (required). Familiarity with Close (CRM) is a plus. Comfortable working from our London office 3x a week (Monday, Wednesday, and Friday) Willingness to work occasional Saturday mornings (as part of a team rota).
