Key Responsibilities:
* Efficiently manage and grow your inbound sales pipeline
* Respond promptly to enquiries from prospective clients
* Qualify leads and pitch Houst's services via calls and emails
* Maintain a high conversion rate from initial contact to signed agreement
* Develop your own outbound sales flow, including cold-calling prospects
* Collaborate with other teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new clients
Requirements:
* Proven experience in inbound and outbound sales, ideally in a startup or SaaS environment
* Strong communication skills (verbal, written, and interpersonal)
* Naturally competitive and results-driven
* Excited about using technology to transform the property industry
* Prior experience in sales or a client-facing role (required)
* Familiarity with Close (CRM) is a plus
* Experience in the property industry is advantageous but not essential
* Willingness to work occasional Saturday mornings (as part of a team rota)
