🚛 HR Administrator | Transport & Logistics Sector 📍
We're recruiting for an experienced HR Administrator to join a busy and growing transport and logistics operation.
This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organised HR professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced operational environment and has experience supporting a workforce that includes drivers, operational teams and office-based employees.
Key responsibilities:
• Maintaining HR records, personnel files and HR systems
• Supporting recruitment, onboarding and pre-employment checks
• Preparing contracts, offer letters and employee correspondence
• Coordinating interviews and recruitment administration
• Monitoring holiday, absence and probation records
• Managing driver-related documentation, licences and compliance records
• Producing HR reports and supporting HR projects
What we're looking for:
✔ Previous HR administration experience
✔ Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
✔ Experience using HR systems and Microsoft Office
✔ Ability to manage confidential information professionally
✔ Excellent communication and administrative skills
⭐ Ideally, candidates will have previous experience within the transport, logistics, haulage or wider operational sector, with an understanding of driver documentation, compliance requirements and fast-moving workforce environments.
Package & Benefits:
• Salary: £30,000 – £35,000 DOE
• Monday to Friday, 08:30 – 17:30
• 28 days holiday (including bank holidays)
