Overview
HR Manager – Employee Relations, Rendall & Rittner. Location: Home Based with attendance to London based developments and Head Office (SW8 2LE). Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 17:30. Contract: Permanent. Salary: tailored to your experience and expertise.

Responsibilities
* Manage and develop the team of ER Advisors
* Act as the key interface with our external legal support provider to ensure compliance and best practice
* Provide sound, commercial advice on cases end to end, including disciplinary, grievance, probation, appeals and wellbeing cases
* Prepare documentation for Employment Tribunals, working with our external legal support
* Analyse data, identify trends and present to Head of HR Business Partnering, as required
* Support in the development of policies and procedures
* Provide training and coaching on ER matters for managers
* Ensure team KPIs are met
* Manage TUPE transfers, both in and out, and relevant change programmes
* Stay up to date with employment law practices and provide updates for the business where required
Requirements
* CIPD qualified (Level 5 or above) and relevant experience within employee relations
* Experience and understanding of the employment litigation process
* Experience of managing a team
* Ability to handle issues and queries with professionalism
* Ability to work within tight and conflicting timeframes
* Knowledge and experience of Subject Access Requests and Data Protection procedures, in line with GDPR
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Excellent IT skills (Microsoft Office)
* Excellent customer service approach and the ability to handle issues and queries with professionalism
