We’re looking for an experienced HR Administrator to join our Telco Partner on a 3-month contract. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in accuracy, organisation, and delivering high-quality HR support.
What you’ll be doing:
* Producing HR letters and documentation with a high level of accuracy
* Maintaining and updating HR systems
* Supporting day-to-day HR administrative processes
* Managing and prioritising tasks through a CRM-based workflow system (training provided)
* Working with internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient HR operations
What we’re looking for:
* Proven HR administration experience
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
* Experience producing HR correspondence
* Familiarity with HR systems (Oracle or similar desirable)
* Working knowledge of Excel and SharePoint
* Ability to manage workload and priorities effectively
