Job Title: HR Administrator & Systems Specialist
ACS International Schools is seeking a HR Administrator & Systems Specialist to join our collaborative HR team at the Cobham Campus.
Role Overview: You will provide general HR administrative support, ensuring compliance with UK employment and ISI regulations, particularly during onboarding. You will work closely with the HR Systems Lead and HR Operations Manager to ensure system functionality, including seamless SCR generation, and support ongoing system optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Requirement Gathering & Stakeholder Management:
* Gather and document HR requirements to support the school's complex structures and operational needs.
* Map current and desired HR processes to facilitate improvements.
* Maintain a deep understanding of the HRIS system and future needs.
* Communicate regularly with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment during implementation and operations.
* Serve as the HR data subject matter expert, guiding on data integrity and troubleshooting.
* Ensure accurate SCR generation and submission without disrupting HR and payroll processes.
* Assist in overseeing the HR system landscape to meet ongoing school needs.
* Enhance employee and manager experience with the system.
1. Project Support:
* Collaborate with the project team to meet deadlines and milestones.
* Support post-change system issues and optimize system performance.
* Assist with system upgrades and enhancements.
* Identify and implement process improvements for efficiency and compliance.
* Stay updated on HR legislation, trends, and best practices relevant to education.
1. Other HR Administration:
* Maintain accurate and timely updates to HR information and SCR, including employee data and salary changes.
* Administer UK payroll efficiently and accurately.
* Support employee lifecycle processes, including recruitment and induction.
* Assist with induction of new teachers and ensure smooth onboarding.
This is a fixed-term, full-time role (35 hours/week) based at the Cobham campus, with occasional travel to other UK campuses. The position starts in May 2025.
