About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Site Manager to take the lead on a major residential development in South West Cornwall. This is not a role for someone who needs easing in; the site is a live, fast‑paced environment and needs someone who can hit the ground running from day one.
Responsibilities
* Managing day‑to‑day site operations
* Driving programme and keeping works on track
* Coordinating subcontractors and trades
* Maintaining high standards of health & safety
* Ensuring quality delivery across all plots
About You
* Proven experience as a Site Manager within housebuilding
* Strong background in timber frame construction
* Able to manage busy, challenging sites effectively
* Holds all relevant site certifications (SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid, etc.)
* Confident decision‑maker with strong leadership skills
Package
* Salary up to £75,000
* £4,500 car allowance
