Summary
Caddick Construction is a family-owned business renowned for quality, integrity and innovation in the construction sector. We are seeking an Apprentice Site Manager in our Yorkshire region to join our construction team and develop a long‑term career within the industry. This role offers the opportunity to work alongside a highly qualified team whilst typically gaining a BSc in Site Management or Level 6 equivalent qualification. Working alongside experienced site managers, you will support the coordination of site operations and develop the skills required to manage projects safely, efficiently and to a high standard.
What You’ll Do
* Assist the site management team with daily site operations.
* Help coordinate subcontractors and site activities.
* Support health and safety monitoring and site inspections.
* Assist with site logistics, deliveries and materials management.
* Maintain site documentation and records.
* Support quality control processes on site.
* Attend college or training programmes as part of the apprenticeship.
What We’re Looking For
* Strong interest in construction and project delivery.
* Good organisational and communication skills.
* Ability to work well in a team environment.
* GCSEs including Maths and English.
