Conference and Events Sales Executive at Sodexo Live! in partnership with Millwall Football Club. We create exceptional moments that bring people together – from iconic sporting stadiums and world-class venues to unforgettable live events. We are looking for a driven Conference and Events Sales Executive to lead Conference & Events (C&E) sales, build strong relationships and maximise business opportunities to position the venue as a market leader for events in London.
As a Conference and Events Sales Executive, you’ll drive new business, develop key accounts and deliver memorable client experiences. Focus is on building strong connections, delivering results and representing Sodexo Live!’s values of quality, service and excellence.

What You'll Do
* Proactively sell and promote all conference, banqueting and event facilities at Millwall FC.
* Achieve revenue targets by developing and delivering a focused sales strategy.
* Actively generate new business leads, build a strong pipeline and convert opportunities into sales.
* Manage local key accounts and grow client relationships to encourage repeat business.
* Deliver exceptional customer service, from first enquiry to post-event follow-up.
* Collaborate with Sodexo’s central sales and marketing teams to maximise exposure and drive revenue.
* Stay ahead of market trends with competitor analysis and local market insight.
* Record and maintain accurate data through Salesforce and Priava systems.
What You Bring
* Proven track record in proactive sales within venues, stadia or hospitality.
* Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
* Excellent written, verbal and presentation communication.
* Highly organised with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
* Confident in using Microsoft Office and CRM systems (Salesforce experience is a plus).
* Commercially savvy with a passion for customer service.
* Knowledge of the catering or events industry (desirable).
What We Offer
Full-time position with Sodexo Live! offering a competitive package. You’ll work approximately 40 hours per week, predominantly Monday to Friday with flexibility for match days.
