Overview
We’re working with a family of brands who develop solutions and services for the building and construction sector across the UK. With their innovative software packages and government funded training courses, they are helping builders across the country to save time and boost profits. Due to high demand, they’re hiring an FTC Learning Recruitment Advisor to support the enrolment of learners into their Skills Academy. This is an exciting opportunity to help grow and develop their training function and guide adults to up‑skill within construction. This is a hybrid opportunity, based in their Bristol office Monday‑Thursday and from home on a Friday.
Responsibilities
In this role, you’ll be managing and following up on inbound enquiries into training course enrolment, as well as checking candidates’ eligibility and providing advice and guidance. You’ll become an expert on their courses, and will be the first point of contact for explaining entry requirements, fees, funding options and support services. You will also work alongside the wider team to support outbound activity, such as phone campaigns, events and open days, overall working to KPIs and helping to maintain learner satisfaction.
Required skills
* Experience in a sales, recruitment, customer service or education advisor role
* Strong interpersonal skills with a motivated outlook
* Target‑driven mindset and a proven ability to exceed goals and KPIs
* Organisational skills and attention to detail
* Confident using CRM systems, Microsoft office and databases
* Positive, professional and collaborative approach!
