We are looking for a new team member to deliver a full catering service providing healthy and varied meals within our budget and timelines.
Able to provide immediate cover in emergency situations and have a WE CAN attitude.

Duties and Responsibilities
* In conjunction with the Head Chef plan menus in order to provide a high standard of nutrition and choice,
* ensuring a nutritional balance at all times
* Prepare and serve meals in compliance with food hygiene standards and regulations and ensure
* crockery, cutlery, kitchen utensils and all kitchen areas are thoroughly cleaned after use.
* Ensure all necessary documentation in completed correctly in a timely manner
* Complete nutritional assessments for all residents with ongoing reviews
* Provide support for service users who are learning to cook in order to gain independence
