Compliance & Quality Manager – FM Service Provider Competitive Salary Bonus Excellent Benefits Full-Time | Permanent | 37.5 Hours per Week The Opportunity We are seeking an experienced Compliance & Quality Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven professional with strong compliance and auditing expertise to play a key role in maintaining and improving standards across a high-profile healthcare contract. As Compliance & Quality Manager, you’ll lead the development, implementation, and ongoing auditing of our Compliance and KPI frameworks, ensuring statutory, mandatory, and operational excellence across Technical Services. Key Responsibilities * Develop, implement, and audit a comprehensive compliance framework covering: * Service Compliance * Commercial Compliance * SHEQ Compliance * Regulatory & Statutory Compliance * Collaborate with the Performance and Workflow Manager to design audit criteria, programmes, and non-conformance processes. * Prepare and present monthly and quarterly compliance reports for the Account Director, Head of Technical Operations, and Senior Leadership Team. * Support Technical Services Managers with improvement plans and ensure closure of non-conformances. * Lead trend analysis and performance reporting to identify risks and opportunities. * Maintain up-to-date professional knowledge of all compliance and audit requirements. * Act as the focal point for compliance-related queries and ensure consistent adherence to company and industry standards. * Design and manage an annual compliance audit plan, reporting on performance against KPIs and industry benchmarks. About You To succeed in this role, you’ll bring a strong mix of technical understanding, compliance expertise, and excellent communication skills. Essential Requirements: * Proven management experience in a healthcare or PFI environment. * ISO 9001 Lead Auditor Qualification (Quality Control). * Minimum 5 years’ relevant post-qualification experience in a compliance or quality management role. * Strong working knowledge of healthcare operations and maintenance. * Familiarity with HTM (Health Technical Memoranda) guidance is highly desirable. * Strong leadership, analytical, and reporting skills. * Financial and business acumen with the ability to engage confidently at all levels. * Flexible, proactive, and capable of working across complex operational environments.
