Huntress is delighted to be supporting one of our clients with the recruitment of an Internal Recruiter to join their busy team on a temporary basis.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Recruitment Consultant, ideally from an agency background, who’s looking to gain valuable in-house experience working directly with hiring managers and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for a range of roles across the organisation.
* Partner with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and develop effective attraction strategies.
* Advertise vacancies across job boards, social media, and internal channels.
* Proactively source and engage candidates through direct search, networking, and referrals.
* Screen CVs, conduct telephone interviews, and coordinate interview processes.
* Manage candidate communication, ensuring a smooth and positive experience throughout.
* Maintain accurate recruitment data and reports using internal systems.
* Support wider HR and recruitment projects as required.
About You
* Proven experience as a Recruiter, ideally within an agency or internal environment.
* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
* Confident in managing multiple vacancies and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
* Proactive, organised, and able to deliver results with minimal supervision.
* A team player with a passion for people and recruitment.
