Job Title: Project / Site Manager Residential New Build
Location: Bilston area (with occasional office days in Birmingham)
Salary: £45,000 £65,000 per annum (PAYE, DOE)

Vector are currently working with a growing construction firm who are looking to hire a dynamic Project / Site Manager to take the lead on a range of residential construction projects, beginning with a 34-plot development. This hybrid role offers the chance to oversee multiple sites and play a key part in driving projects from the ground up. Key Responsibilities Lead day-to-day operations on residential new build sites.
Take charge of a 34-plot site initially, with more projects in the pipeline.
Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and direct labour effectively.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, and internal procurement teams.
Interpret technical drawings and ensure works meet required standards.
Uphold high health & safety standards across all activities.
Support contract management tasks and reporting as required.
Ensure project deadlines and quality expectations are met or exceeded.
What Were Looking For Proven experience as a Site Manager or Project Manager in residential construction.
SMSTS and CSCS Black/Gold Card
Comfortable working within smaller, growing businesses must be adaptable to evolving processes.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and resolve challenges proactively.
Solid understanding of technical construction requirements and drawings.
A self-starter who can take ownership of projects including those inherited mid-phase.
