Are you an experienced reward professional ready to shape compensation or benefits strategy at scale? We’re supporting a respected organisation in their search for a Reward Manager to deliver impactful, commercially aligned reward solutions.
About the Role
You’ll take the lead on high-profile cyclical reward activity (e.g., annual salary reviews, bonus schemes, benefits renewals), provide insight and analysis, and partner across HR, Finance, and Communications to deliver solutions that support both business strategy and employee engagement.
As the subject matter expert in either compensation or benefits, you’ll help maintain governance, improve frameworks, and contribute to reward strategy at the executive and board levels.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead cyclical reward programmes (e.g., pay reviews, bonus, LTIP, or benefits renewals)
* Provide expert guidance on compensation or benefits frameworks
* Support reward-related board and RemCo submissions
* Analyse data to inform reward decision-making and pay governance
* Act as point of contact for internal stakeholders on reward matters
* Build effective relationships with external providers and benchmarking services
* Mentor and support junior reward team members
What You’ll Bring
* Solid experience managing large-scale reward activity in a complex organisation
* Strong data analysis and presentation skills (Excel, PowerPoint)
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management ability
* Knowledge of UK reward regulations and best practices
* Experience working in unionised environments is a plus
* Familiarity with Oracle or WTW frameworks is desirable but not essential
