What We Are Looking For
Are you a motivated and organized individual with a passion for HR? If so, we want you on our team! This role is a vital part of our established HR function and offers an exciting opportunity for someone eager to grow within a dynamic and progressive organization.

Key Responsibilities
* Provide comprehensive administrative support across all areas of the HR function.
* Process employee documentation throughout the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, pre-employment checks, PDR, and leaving processes.
* Update the HR Database and other internal systems with employment changes, ensuring payroll is notified.
* Manage inbound telephone calls and oversee HR central email accounts.
* Communicate effectively with all customers, both internal and external to the Group.
* Plan and prioritize your workload to meet Service Level Agreements.
* Maintain security and confidentiality of all records and work undertaken.
About You
* Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
* Confident communicator capable of handling confidential information.
* Comfortable working to deadlines in a fast-paced, regulated environment.
* Able to manage change and conflicting priorities effectively.
* Self-motivated and able to work independently.
* Proficient in the full Microsoft Office suite.
* A genuine interest in developing a career in HR.
Desirable Attributes: While not essential, the following are a plus:
* Previous experience in an HR department or office environment.
* CIPD qualified or willing to work towards it.
