We are currently seeking a Human Resources Administrator to join our Group Division.

- Dyce, Aberdeen, United Kingdom.
Core Purpose
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Group HR function, ensuring accurate, efficient, and confidential management of HR records and processes.
- Support the delivery of a professional and consistent HR services across the business.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
- Maintain and update employee records on the People Management system and in personnel files.
- Support the full employee lifecycle including onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring all documentation is completed accurately and on time.
- Assist with recruitment activities, including arranging interviews, liaising with hiring managers, and issuing candidate correspondence.
- Monitor and record sickness absence, ensuring appropriate follow-up and reporting.
- Maintain organisational charts to reflect current business structure.
- Maintain competency records, including scheduling assessments and tracking compliance.
- Coordinate mandatory training requirements and ensure records are kept up to date.
- Manage the HR shared inbox, responding to queries in a timely, professional, and confidential manner.
- Support HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives as required.
Skills and Experience
- Previous experience in an HR administrative role (energy/oil and gas experience desirable but not essential).
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload effectively.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Discreet and professional when handling confidential information.
- Motivated and proactive approach to work.
Qualifications
- Degree in Human Resource management or related discipline (desirable).
- Working towards or holding CIPD qualification (advantageous).
