We are currently recruiting a great role for someone who is interested in the property industry, we are working with a fast-growing, forward-thinking business in Birmingham, looking to hire a New Business Executive to join their expanding sales team. This is an exciting role for ambitious individuals who enjoy speaking with businesses, building relationships and turning enquiries into successful deals. You’ll be working in a lively, modern workspace with an energetic team and clear opportunities for progression.

What You’ll Do

* Proactively contact businesses to explore their needs

* Be the first point of contact for new enquiries

* Introduce the service and gain commitment to view suitable options

* Work with providers to arrange appointments and negotiate commercial terms

* Provide advice and insight pre- and post-appointment

* Close deals and help secure consistent monthly revenue

* Work towards daily and monthly KPIs around appointments, conversions and activity

* Complete mandatory training linked to compliance and industry best practice

* Commercially aware and confident speaking with business clients

* Excellent communicator and active listener

* Able to build quick rapport and trusted relationships

* Positive, resilient mindset and strong self-motivation

* Can manage workload and prioritise tasks in a fast-moving environment

* Team player with a consultative approach

Experience

* Experience in a sales-focused or B2B role is desirable

* Competent user of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)

* Minimum Grade C (or equivalent) in English and Maths

Salary: £26,000 + Uncapped Commission (OTE £38,000–£40,000)

Location: Birmingham Business Park – Hybrid working after training period (4 days office / 1 day WFH)

Hours: Monday to Friday | 8.30am - 5pm | 40 hours per week
