Job Description As a Sales Executive, you will be developing and maintaining excellent relationships with a wide range of customers, building rapport, looking for areas of growth and targeting new business. We will look for you to be actively reaching out to new customers, setting up sales meetings and working with the branch managers to implement a successful sales plan. Key responsibilities will include: Actively identify and pursue new sales prospects through networking, cold calling, and referrals. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the benefits of Rexel's products and services. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention. Negotiate sales contracts and close deals with transparency and accuracy. Meet and exceed sales targets set by the company. Conduct market research to understand industry trends and customer needs. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system. Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to achieve collective goals.
